Cancellation Refunds
Standard Reservations:
- 30+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus 4% processing fee)
- 30-6 days before arrival: 50% refund (minus 4% processing fee)
- 0-5 days before arrival or No-Show: No refund
Non-Refundable Rates:
- Promotional/discounted rates cannot be cancelled or refunded
- Clearly marked at time of booking
Group Reservations (3+ rooms):
- 60+ days: Full refund (minus processing fees)
- 59-30 days: 50% refund
- 0-29 days: No refund
Refund Processing
Timeline: 5-7 business days after approval. Bank processing may take an additional 5-10 days.
Method: Refunds issued to original payment method only.
Third-Party Bookings: Contact the booking platform directly.
Non-Refundable Items
These are never refunded under any circumstances:
- Processing fees (4%)
- Panama tourist tax (10%)
- Pet fees, late checkout fees, damage charges
- Additional guest charges
- Incidental charges (minibar, tours, room service)
Early Departure
No refund for unused nights if you check out early. We recommend travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes.
Service Issues During Your Stay
Experiencing a problem? Please notify hotel management immediately during your stay so we can resolve it.
Partial refunds may be considered for:
- Unresolved facility failures (A/C, plumbing, electricity)
- Overbooking situations
- Misrepresentation of amenities
We cannot refund issues related to:
- Weather or natural events
- Noise from surrounding areas beyond our control
- Government restrictions
- Personal preferences
- Third-party services (tours, transportation)
Note: Refund requests made after checkout are reviewed case-by-case. Issues must be reported during your stay.
Force Majeure (Natural Disasters, Emergencies)
In extraordinary circumstances (hurricanes, pandemics, government closures), we offer:
- Full refund of unused nights if hotel must close
- Credit voucher valid for 12 months, OR
- Rebooking to alternative dates within 12 months

Response: We’ll reply within 3-5 business days.
Tour & Activity Refunds
Tours booked through us follow the tour operator’s cancellation policy (provided at booking). We act as an intermediary only.
Typical tour cancellations:
- 48+ hours: Full refund
- 24-48 hours: 50% refund
- Under 24 hours: No refund
Travel Insurance Strongly Recommended
Protect yourself from unexpected cancellations, illness, or emergencies with travel insurance.
